Hotel Riviera

Just spent a weeks holiday at the Riviera hotel; surely something should be improved, but overall it was a good week. The location of the property is fabulous, with clean rooms and common areas. The service in the room should be treated differently, with greater courtesy, but the waiters are young and perhaps don't pay too much attention to this detail. Friendly lifeguards at the lido, but the guy at the bar should consider a change of profession. Honestly, overall, I would stay here again.

Structure in a strategic position near the center and the port reachable on foot, half an hour from Peschici and an hour from Vieste. Located on the seafront, in a few meters you can reach the beach. For a three-star hotel it presents itself well on a structural level, the cuisine is varied and of a good quality level, above average, the breakfast however is limited to a few products, especially the savory ones and among other things it is not a buffet. The room assigned to us was a little undersized for a family made up of two adults, a child and an infant, but upon our request for a change, it was immediately changed to another larger one suited to our needs without further ado. additional costs (we were also lucky as the room was available at that time). However, every small request we subsequently presented was kindly granted, synonymous with attention from the structure towards us. The pool is quiet and relaxing but should be manned by a lifeguard for safety reasons and cleaned better on the bottom where in some places it had foliage and soil. The staff in the room seemed to be a little understaffed and improvised, The entertainment is minimal and is made up of only two people who with all the will in the world, but can't invent much more, to involve the guests in the evening: there are no real structured programs and shows presented to the public, in fact, if the latter is not present and involved and acts as an integral part of the entertainment itself, there is nothing else offered other than baby dance and karaoke. In the morning and afternoon on the beach, after muscle toning, games are organized for adults and children that are sufficiently engaging. In general we can't complain, we had a good time, but the structure has high potential and could exploit it better, improving and expanding the workforce.

Hotel Riviera, a true paradise and flagship. Di Rodi Garganico, a wonderful structure with wonderful rooms, we had the one with a terrace overlooking the sea C34, wonderful, but what made everything even more magical were the people from the reception staff at the beach bar, at. Splendid women who took care of making our rooms wonderful every day, all angels, kind, helpful and super professional, the kitchen team who prepared wonderful dishes, spectacular guys in the dining room, the hotel is also in a wonderful position always at favor of a sweet breeze that makes the temperature always mild all day long. Impeccable beach with wonderful staff, and the bar on the beach?... SPECTACULAR.. every day a menu available with delicious pizzas, they assist you in ordering and at the agreed time if you want to either eat on the beach or find everything in the super organized reception packed to eat your lunch in your room..... In short, a real dream, thank you all for giving us a wonderful experience and holiday

I don't know the hotel but I know the Riviera. It is a place full of positive energy. Locals saw a boom in tourists in the 1980s, but from the 1990s onwards interest waned. For enthusiasts, perhaps it is a good thing, but the area today lives on only a few weeks of tourism and an increasingly struggling agriculture. The Government, the ministry of culture and tourism, local associations, local authorities, schools, confartigianato and confesercenti, together should study a sustainable economic development plan. Tourism is a volatile phenomenon and in order to survive, in order not to fall into the blackmail of criminals, a territory needs continuity. At 20 you must be able to believe that you are doing something good in your life, in your territory, you are killing the future of places that have beautiful stories to preserve. Degradation and survival risk taking over. Let's go, visit, dream and plan a future in these places, let's restore dignity to the history of our beautiful country.

Beautiful structure and in an excellent position, practically on the sea. The catering is more than satisfactory even if the table service is done by willing but not very experienced guys. Our comfort room was clean, welcoming and with a lovely sea view. The entertainment is a little basic, but overall acceptable considering the live music show we witnessed in the hotel. Courteous staff and above all the beach at the top. Positive experience.
